Last week 3 hearty souls braved the heat and walked the Summerlake Park Walk. We were pleasantly surprised that we were in the shade most of time and there was a cool breeze blowing toward the end so it really wasn't all that hot.
Tomorrow, Monday, Aug 23rd we are walking our Orenco Station Historic Church walk. As always departure time is 6:30pm. All interested walkers should meet at the sign in box in the hallway near the meat counter at the New Seasons Market on 61st Ave in Hillsboro. This is our next to last Monday night walk so don't  miss out on the chance to walk with friends.
