Portland 4T Event 07/19/2011
A force of 10 tonight as we took Porltand's 4T route from the Oregon Zoo. Photos are on our facebook page (from your facebook page, type in Cedar Milers Volkssports Club and you'll find us). This route took us across the overpass of the Sunset Highway and onto the Marquam Trail which links up to the entrance to Council Crest park. Great place to view the city and the southern valley! Then it was back to continue on the Marquam Trail, then through residential streets along the homes up in the Portland hillside. We arrived at OHSU just in time to catch the Tram down to the South Waterfront. Neat ride with great views. We then walked to the nearby intersection to ride on the Trolley (Portland streetcar) to downtown Portland. From there we caught the Train (Portland's MAX) back to the Zoo.
