The Cedar Milers offer TWELVE Year Round Walks. A Year-Round Event (YRE) is one that you can walk at any time when the start point is open. These walks are unmarked, map-guided walks that you complete at your convenience. Each start point has a box or podium with complete instructions, maps, and the credit stamps for your books. Sign the register, take a map and envelope, and go for a nice walk!  Meet our 2012 challenge...walk all 12 during the calendar year and we'll have a special reward for you!

For those of you who have done many of these walks: we are in the process of turning them around so that you walk the route in the reverse. That should give a new look to some long-time walk routes! Currently the Orenco Station Historic Church walk is completed and new directions are in place at the start point.

     The registration box is located at the back of the store, near the door leading to the sidewalk on Cornell. The hallway is between the meat department and the bakery.

    The registration box is located behind the counter at the back of the store. Please ask the salesperson for the "walk box"

    The registration box is located at the side of the building next to the parking lot.

Howard Terpenning Recreation Complex
50 NW 158th, Beaverton
A 10K walk (Waterhouse Boardwalk) and an 11K walk (Nature Park) 

     The registration box is located in the Athletic Building at the back of the parking lot between the soccer field and the outdoor basketball courts. As you enter the building. the box will be to the left between the front doors and the entrance to the indoor track and cours. 

 

Sunset Athletic Club (Tennis Building)

A 10K and an 11K walk (Cedar Mill Falls and 31 Flavors)

     The registration box is located just inside the tennis facility. To get there, go through the front doors of the club on the left side of the parking lot, turn left, then right at the wall. The box is next to the door leading to the outdoor swimming pool.
